Dogs are dying in ghmc Shelters

In any zone of greater hyderabad municipal corporation, Street dogs caught for sterlisation, mostly they r dying a painful death and inspite of our repeated requests and representations given to ghmc they never change their mindset!. Why dogs are dying?,I analysed practically and if some higher official take initiative it's well and good else Karma will take over!

1 . Employees from ghmc should have passion and love for Animals and while recruitment officers should take into this account 

2. Body cameras to be fitted to ghmc catching staff along with gps tracker for vehicle 

3. Dogs , when they r unloaded to cages these  guys use heavy steel bar to force dog into cage and this not 🚭 by AWBI,iam going to complain on this.Because of this dogs spine is effected most of the time

4  Drs performing operations are paid Rs 200/ dog, outside pvt veterinary hospitals they r paid Rs 2000!.U can judge the quality of operations done!

5 Drs should be paid Amount only for successfully operated dogs and after release based on pics.This will improve quality of operations.

6.Since dogs r stressed so much they should be fed with boiled eggs Min 3, crushed twice a day and Honest NGOs should involve in this. This will serve their dietary requirements.

7 Dogs should be dewormed and Anti ticks medicine to be given when release 

Finally I can say, officer in charge should have passion for Street dogs and not like building  huge villas out of commission and kick backs. There may be few honest officers but they don't make impact
